The copper bonded earth rod belongs to the single-piece form of the copper-steel composite.  The copper layer is made of copper with a purity of 99.9%, and the steel core is a high-quality carbon structural steel, which forms a composite metal material with high bonding force.  It is mainly used for the vertical grounding electrode in the grounding system，which used to reduce the grounding resistance and improve the safety of the grounding system.

When requiring high speed production and enough copper coating atthe same time, it needs copper ions deposit fast on the iron substrate.And, the good malleability and excellent bonding force put forwardstrict requirements of the manufacturing procedures.
By using high concentration, high temperature, high current density and fully stirwith air, it achieves high speed deposition of the copper ions, qualifiedcopper coating (over 0.254mm)，excellent bonding force,goodsmoothness and malleability of the copper coating.

The copper bonded steel grounding rod is made of high-quality low carbon steel with good softness and carbon content of 0.10%-0.30%. The special process is used to evenly cover the high conductive electrolyzer copper on the surface of the round steel, and the thickness is 0.25-0.5mm. This process can effectively slow down the oxidation speed of the grounding rod in the underground. The single root can be pointed and flat, and can be pointed and threaded on the roll. The two ends of the combination need to be threaded on the roll. The thread is processed by the roller thread groove, which maintains the close connection between the steel and copper, ensures high strength, and has excellent electrical grounding performance.
